Message: When 6 people are trying to do banking at the teller and there is only 1 teller working yet 4 other employees walking around looking at us like standing in line is why we came here. There is a problem. Oh you will justify your reasons for this but honestly I feel you do this to deter s to using a mobile app. Not one of them other four people that walked around like God's made any attempt to go behind the window and help that one person. That's not teamwork that's just straight up being lazy not doing a job that should be done. If I was Mr Bank of America the two ladies walking around like Miss America would have been fired.

Message: I walked in 11:22am no one greeted me. As a matter of fact Jamie and his colleagues worker just looked at me as if he I wasn't supposed to be there. So I said softly, hello. I need to make a fraud claim. After 30 mins of small talk I finally get on the phone with someone. Didn't seem much help for my situation being I was the victim. I was told I could get in a replacement card in the branch. But Jamie said it wasn't possible. lady over the phone didn't verify my contact info or mailing address she didn't even give me a claim number. I asked Jamie could he get it for me he did. But overall seemed as if they like to do the very minimum to help you. I left 12:40 and came out the same as went in. If you have petty business to handle this location will work for you.
